Abstract

The objective of this proposal is to identify the problems that limit the Organization of Work in the production process of Dipirona 500 mg, which has an impact on non-compliance with production plans. To achieve the proposed objective, a procedure was conceived that determines the main deficiencies and the projection of solutions in the studied process. The interview with the company’s directors was implemented as a method to collect the necessary information. The investigation showed that the fundamental problems are interruptions due to work indiscipline, lack of planned preventive maintenance, shortage of raw materials in production and in the packaging area, obsolete equipment, shipments of raw materials not carried out on time causing overcrowding in the warehouse. and disturbing noise levels.
