Abstract

In the present article it is expose the design of a proceeding to diagnose the quality of the process of contract management in certain organization using a systematic number of direction techniques. The application of this proceeding in the Construction Company Group of Santiago de Cuba allowed to establish the quality of the process. And showed up the problems that influence in it and its causes.
