With the aim of diagnosing the Critical Success Factors (CEF) in the productive management of the dairy retail sector of the Bolívar canton, the factors can be selected to carry out the evaluation, through the incidence of criteria from the review of various bibliographic sources Once these factors have been selected, the respective characterization of the productive area was carried out, to then determine the current status of the retailers' FCEs through the application of the survey, in order to know the degree of compliance, where it is evident that We do not have the necessary implements so that the extraction, conservation and transport process for milk and its derivatives is optimal, they propose an improvement plan that contributes to better performance and the improvement of the productive management of the dairy retail sector from the canton Bolivar.
