Abstract

The management skills that generate changes in the Gran Piedra-Baconao-Santiago de Cuba Agroforestry Company are making decisions thinking as a people, acting with emotional intelligence, solving problems in public administration, negotiating, leading, demonstrating transparency, making proactive decisions, converting the formal authority in moral authority, manage productive chains, analyze the productive chain, determine the direct and indirect actors in the context, design, organize the productive chain and design the strategies to specify the productive chain. Management skills, its objective is the form, method and style of developing productive, commercial and service activities with low capital endowment, based on small and medium-sized companies that contribute to efficient production chains with main companies and local development. In which the company was immediately inserted based on one of the main strategies that is to link all those who produce the inputs to specify the final product as a guarantee of obtaining a common benefit.
