Abstract

This study is part of the project territorial Optimization of the Organization and Control in Prioritized Phases of The Sugar Agroindustrial Process. It was developed in the Cooperative of Agricultural Production (CPA) "26 de julio", of the Sugar Enterprise «Paquito Rosales», Municipality San Luis, County Santiago de Cuba. The objective is the optimization of the distribution of the lands, through the Computer System of Several Cultivations (SICUVAR) which sustained in the Economic-Mathematics Models cooperates to carry out a scientific planning that allows the increment of the production, the revenues and reduces the costs. The «SICUVAR» allows, in a comfortable interface producer-computer, to introduce the parameters of exploitation, providing reports of exits that propose the best distribution of the available lands. The results improve in their three goals, Production, Costs and Revenues. As average, although the costs don’t suffer variations, from the point of view of the planning, the production is increased in 28,99 % and the revenues in 20,35 %.
