Abstract

The present article has as objective to develop the concept of emotional intelligence and the competitions to her associate as an option and possible solution to achieve an effective interaction between the directive and its followers. Taking like reference the studies of about the emotional intelligence developed by Goleman established the relationship that she has with manegerial perfomance. One works resonant leader's concept so much in function of the achievement of the harmony in the personal plane as in the exchange with their subordinates.
