Abstract

The Bodeguita of the Midway seeks a better performance and performance of its human resources; however, the shortcomings detected in the evaluation of performance limit its effective management. Within this context, the objective of this research is to apply a procedure to evaluate individual performance for labor competencies, which increases the relationship between worker evaluation, processes and organization. The fulfillment of this objective was guaranteed through the use of various theoretical and empirical methods; and techniques that contributed to the collection of information. With the application of the procedure, a comprehensive of the organization and the acceptable processes was obtained, in addition to considering the worker of the position analyzing suitable to occupy said position. In addition, a program of actions was carried out that achieved feedback focuses on continuous improvement.
