Abstract

This research aims to develop the components of the strategy that allows an improvement in the organizational climate. Taking into account the techniques used, they concluded that in the soybean processing company there is a poor organizational climate, which leads to non-compliance with economic plans, unfavorable job performance on average, low use of the working day labor, deterioration of the values of the organization and, therefore, poor administrative management.
