Abstract

Cuban Airline of Aviation presents the need to remain in the market as a flag airline with security in services. The purpose of this research was to design a procedure for the commercialization of its own air cargo from one of its national offices, using a series of techniques and processes for good commercial management through which a diversification or concentration strategy is used to undertake growth. With the objective of expanding services, economic growth, attracting new customers with maximum satisfaction, improving the work environment with new edges to market and face market growth.
