Abstract

The objective of this paper is to identify the knowledge and skills required to achieve a good performance as a comprehensive physical therapist trainer and in turn raise the knowledge of teachers trained in physical training schools, sports coaches and teachers in therapeutic areas. In the sporting context and physical activity there are people who are key elements in the performance of their teams, they are in charge of making sportsmen shine from their teaching and professionalism because they favor them, the preparation and physical condition that They need, there are three professions linked to training the high performance athlete and physical activity that they are. What are the requirements that an integral physical therapist would need to carry out the responsibility of doing therapy and prophylaxis in sports and recreational physical activity?
