Abstract

During these years important measures have been adopted directed to the sugar cane recovery, where they intervene from the members of the units cane producers until the directive and specialists of the sugar-cane sector. These measures are directed to get the competitive in the sugar sector; having in mind the prices levels that the sugar has at the moment in the world market. Inside this environment the precise knowledge of the state of profitability of the sugar cane blocks implies to take the appropriate measures an entity are most profitable. The objective of this work is to utilize the countable and econometrics techniques with the focus of agroecosistema, variety and stump (AVC), for to plan and to control the profitability of the sugar cane blocks. The application is carried out in the Agroecosistema corresponding to the CPA "26 de julio", of the Sugar Company «Paquito Rosales», of the county Santiago de Cuba, where when applying the proposed system the state of current profitability it was determined to medium term with good results for the entity and an economic impact of  decrease of the costs of up to a 5 %.
