Operational planning of the industrial process of sugar production

Abstract

This research is part of the university project called “Introduction and generalization of computer systems for the improvement of current planning in UEB selected from the province of Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo”. This study is carried out inside the process that is taking place in order to redesign the Cuban sugar industry. This research is aimed as a principal objective is the use of the economic-mathematic model, for the improvement of the sugar production at the operative industrial planification process. Has like a principal objective the propose of a improvement procedure to the operative planification of the sugar production industrial process in the UEB Paquito Rosales, supported by an informatic system. This action minimizethe existences differences between the planificated values whit the real obtained of the commercial sugar values, on the bases of the existent resources, which has influence in the improvement of the economic-techniques indicators levels at the analysis object entity.
