Abstract

The present work is developed within the framework of the process of resizing the sugar industry. Manual production is one of the limitations of this process, which means that the production of sugar is not optimal. In sugar production one of the most important processes is the operative planning of the industrial stage. The objective of this work is the development of an application that allows reducing the analysis time of the operational planning process in the industrial stage of sugar production, making use of economic-mathematical modeling. The proposed system allows determining the production value of sugarcane taking into account the balance of materials of the industry and the resources available and allows a greater margin for analysis and interpretation of the results for the decision-making process.
