Profile of charge for competences for profesor auxiliary Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales

Abstract

The present work was developed in the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Universidad de Oriente and its main objective is to propose a competency charge profile with a holistic approach to the position of assistant professor of economics. For this, different theoretical and empirical methods were used, such as historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction, Delphi methods, functional analysis, holistic approach, interview among others that made it possible to treat the reference information support. As significant results, a profile was obtained that integrates and systematizes the theoretical and practical components and their impacts on the teaching, methodological, investigative, political, ideological and social order in the analyzed context.
